Add new Turbo Integrator function that returns current TM1 instance name

Currently, there is no function within Turbo Integrator that returns the name of a TM1 instance when called. TM1 modelers have to either store the instance name in a cube or in a flat file and retrieve at run time.

We have functions that return the current user context (TM1User()) and current TI process context (GetProcessName()) but there still remains a big gap in being able to dynamically call the current instance name. This functionality exists in Websheets but there is no equivalent functionality within Turbo Integrator.

Please add a new function, name it TM1Server() or GetTM1ServerName() (or some variation thereof), that returns the current instance name in which the TI is executed. This will allow development of instance agnostic TIs that use instance names without needing to maintain additional artifacts (cubes or flat files).

For example, if ServerName in tm1s.cfg is set to "GlobalFinance" then this new function should return "GlobalFinance" when called within a Turbo Integrator process. This should ultimately remove the need for modelers to store the name of an instance in a separate location.

This idea is not under consideration. Consider creating a cube that contains a string cell with the database name. A cellgets function can be used to retrieve the database name from this cell.
