ALTER INDEX disable/enable feature

Oracle supports disabling index in ALTER INDEX command. Disabling an index means that the index still exists in the database, but it is not included in the optimizer. It would be also helpful in Db2 when find out the optimal Index.

Create a trigger after having created a new table

Referring to PMR 67177,650,758 Customer wish to have an "after create" option for the "create trigger" command so that is possible to execute some actions after any new object is created inside a DB

Rename table does not execute a drop-create of the foreign keys.

If there are constraints on table, "rename" table results SQL0750. There is no easy way to rename table like other DBMS in Db2.
