Require really fast fuzzy text search

Current fuzzy search using text search indexes is really slow. Need a subsecond answer for millions of rows.

TEXT INDEX USAGE STATISTICS

Implement in a SYSTEM VIEW a timestamp column with the last time a text index was used. I suggest this column on SYSIBMTS.SYSTSINDEXES.
