Diag Lookup Tool

Provide a tool on IBM Support that show a better explanation of the message on db2diag.log according to the message. Some db2diag messages are difficult to understand.

Ability to append to a file when performing an export

When exporting data to files, every export should be in a different file. And it the business requirement is to have all data in the same file, then it is necessary to do that manually with something external to db2.

EXPORT to local (not server) using the ADMIN_CMD

The export calle from admin_cmd can only export to the server. There should be a way to export in the client when called the SP,
