We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post an idea
Upvote ideas that matter most to you
Get feedback from the IBM team to refine your idea
Help IBM prioritize your ideas and requests
The IBM team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The product management team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at IBM works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.
Receive notification on the decision
Some ideas can be implemented at IBM, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.
The _as_of_date functionality works great and makes relative dates so much better. However, the inability to set a dynamic _as_of_date is a challenge. For example many customers have data warehouses that load based on yesterday's data. These custo...
File Connector - Definition for Internal table Location
We need the table location to be optional when we define it as an internal table. When the location is not user-defined, the Datastage must define the create table command, but it does not need to define the location. This is important because the...
The recently added waterfall chart is a great addition to PAW. However, the values (increase/decrease) are based on the values associated with an element, rather than the element weight. We often store both revenue and expenses in TM1 as positive ...

DB2 resource unavailable conditions

In Pafe when a user executes a DBS against a cell which is not writeable the formula returns the value of the cell. Not writeable means C level, read-only access, write access but locked.
This is counter productive, the job of the formula is to...
PAW can only refer to an element name of a subset and not to index . If in a paw book we use a named subset that presents the current month , for example MAR from a subset that contains MAR FEB JAN if the next month we update the subset with APR,M...

We have a relatively big dimension, SUBNM provide a searching function on TM1Web, but unfortunately it is always a wildcard search, many times it confused the users that the element wasn't available because it may take the user a few "Next" to get...

We had a major incident due to suspended logging for one of the critical customer.
