Global Search feature to be available in Task-Focused UI

Global Search feature is currectly available only on Legacy UI. We want users to only have access on Task Focused UI. It is really useful to also have the Global Search feature so that users do not switch UIs since it is not user friendly.

GRC users has to create many test results and attache supporting documents associated to the test results. It would be more efficient if OpenPages provides easy-to-use UI to user for batch creating test result and attaching files.

TFUI: Allow association / disassociation of files in Files inline grid

In the Standard UI users can choose to associated existing files to an object. In the TFUI this is no longer possible. Please add the capability to associate / disassociate files in the inline grid view for Files in the Task Views.
