Policy Compare Helper Should Show Changes in Tables

The compare helper doesn't currently show changes within a table. The expectation is that it should. Otherwise it gives the user the impression that no changes were made.

Add Last Execution Status field to the Scheduler grid view

In order to monitor the status of existing scheduled jobs, user must open each job individually in order to see if the execution was successful. Would be more efficient to see the Status on the grid view and increase the accuracy of job monitoring.
