Flops unit on compute

Add Flops unit of compute on Symphony and Multi-Cluster in addition of CPU unit. Add this metric capacity on host information and on the resource plan.More over it'll be very interesting for Cloud computing.

We request activate user list on WEBGUI and/or logs. The information should include current active users with IP address which should be desktop name/IP rather than WEBGUI server IP user like the one in EGO audit log.
