Support ARM64 Linux

We frequently use ARM64 Linux Docker Containers when we develop python applications on MacOS. The fact that the db2 drivers and subsequently the python packages do not support this makes our development workflow much harder.

We are developing Linux Application in C++ to connect to DB2 (z/OS and LUW) and using the CLI Driver. We have x86_64 & s390x binaries(.so) files available and those work great in production. We however have a containerized Dev environment and most developers are running MACs and having a hard time in the development workflow(specifically debugging since AMD64 containers on MAC with emulator have issues in debugging due to internal security restrictions). ARM64/Linux Binaries(.so) is what we would need preferably built on RHEL9.

For Development workflow - it will be hugely beneficial to bring down dev and debug timeframe. ARM64/Linux Binaries(.so) is what we would need preferably built on RHEL9.

DB2SimpleDataSource and DB2XADataSource cannot be instantiated in modules with add-modules=java.sql only (without jdk.net.ExtendedSocketOptions 11.x => 12.x).

For security and reliability reason our infrastructure partner (MuleSoft) is adding as less java modules to the runtime as possible. While in java-module-context only those modules are accessible which are in the module-info.java of the module. In...

Switch the "IBM Data Server Client" over to an MSI installer for Windows machines

Currently the installer uses an ancient InstallShield installer that is a nightmare to roll out. It would be nice if it could be transitioned over to an MSI installer because those are easier to uninstall and roll out.
