IDAA - Logical Name - ACCEL_LOAD_TABLES support

Currently, the ACCEL_LOAD_TABLEs does not support a logical accelerator name, or provide support for multiple appliances to be specified. IDAA Loader software is needed to do dual loads.

Treat "ALTER TABLE ... ALTER COLUMN ROWID ... RESTART WITH ..." not as a schema change and do not require load of IDAA

"ALTER TABLE ... ALTER COLUMN ROWID ... RESTART WITH ..." is treated as a Schema Change and requires that the table be reloaded. This Alter is not a Schema Change, please don't require a reload after it is executed.

AT-TLS support for IDAA

We would like to use SSL/TLS for encrypting data transfers between the Mainframe and the IDAA appliance. IPsec is not currently an option for us due to it's requirement of IKEDv2 and NSSD. It would be costly for us to implement this solution.
