WCAZ SAAS must be HIPPA certified or customers in the Healthcare Industry cannot leverage it, forcing the only deployment option to be on-prem for the LLMS which is resource intensive and could easily become outdated

HIPPA certification is mandatory for any IBM SAAS service used by most of our Healthcare customers. Given that the LLMs do not interact with data, the certification process should hopefully be easy for the team, while opening up this market/industry.
