Resource connector provider configuration file ( such as cyclecloudprov_config.json) should have encrypted passwords/credentials

Security leak will be avioded. Clear text password are risky to put;.

It would be useful if quota from the Azure backend is completely used, LSF admins can easily check if VMs are available in the quota from Azure.

Possibility to list lsf jobs for multiple users with bjobs -u option

It will be useful for people to check lsf jobs for all their accounts in a single command. bjobs -u "abc xyz" It should list lsf jobs for both abc and xyz.
