Make Exploration filters sync together

Tie exploration filters together (sync) so that a user can not filter themselves out of data. If filters are all from the same dimension, be able to sync the filters to not show invalid options based on what has already been selected.

DVM Studio parser needs 64-bit support

Mac users are limited to installing the DVM plugin on their workstations. MacOS 10.14 is the last version that supports the current 32-bit application. The plugin will not install on an OS beyond 10.14.

Select Cases - allow ability to change default option of hiding unselected cases in Data View

SPSS 28 automatically hides cases that don't meet the selection criteria in Data View. There is an option to show unselected cases (like in older versions) but you have to set it each time a new instance of SPSS is opened.
