Provide the ability to search for Users, Groups or Both when performing user/group administration

When adding users or groups to a Role, provide the option (radio buttons) to search for Users, Groups or Both and limit the search on the options selected.

Some of the characters that can be used in SPSS Modeler field names cannot be used in ADV of CaDS.

This issue is impacting users who use special characters on the field name.
