Provide the ability to search for Users, Groups or Both when performing user/group administration

When adding users or groups to a Role, provide the option (radio buttons) to search for Users, Groups or Both and limit the search on the options selected.

Improve documentation for CLEF nodes

I want to develop new CLEF nodes (not Python nodes -- its performance is very bad), but the documentation is scarce. Please improve the CLEF nodes documentation, add a section to create SQL Pushback with CLEF, add more source code examples, etc.
