Add the ‘Db2 Tenant’ feature (enabling database multi-tenancy) delivered in Db2 11.5.5 on other platforms to the Db2 for i product.

This would enable applications to be offered in a SaaS multi-tenant environment with much lower costs than the existing dedicated partition or database options.
