IBM db2 UDB . total number of standby supported in HADR needs to increase it from 3 to more value like datagaurad in oracle

Kind of db2iauto for HADR

In the same way db2iauto starts instance once the server is rebooted, the HADR should restart also automatically. Actually, when server is rebooted, the instance is started but the HADR starts to be desynchronized.
