Expand db2pd -reorgs index to cover index rebuilds

Currently, there is no way to monitor index rebuild progress using db2pd. It will be useful for customers to be able to monitor index rebuild progress as they do for index reorgs (db2pd -reorgs index).

Please add Firstlsn to the MON_GET_CONNECTION table function

The firstLSN is only available using db2pd. It is the ninth column reported from: db2pd -transactions It does not appear to be anywhere else. I would like to be able to query it using the MON_GET* table functions.

ADMIN_TAB_INFO is sloooow and this has been the case for quite sometiome.

Extremely slow when used in a RP environment. Also used by check_upgrade which takes 7+ hours to run. Environment has 2million+ objects, 1 range per day for 3 years. Check_upgrade may be calling check for load pending which used admin_tab_info

Alert user about abnormal tablespaces on standby

In a HADR configuration typically customers use db2pd -hadr on the standby to monitor the state. On the standby if there is a problem with one of the tablespaces it'll be marked invalid and future log records against the tablespace will be skipped...
