Add option :statement rollback is able to release the locks for the failed statement.

Reorg online on 24x7 applications

The reorg online process need to lock the table in order to conclude. This is not a problem when you dont have many transactions, but when you have a 24x7 intense workload you might have a huge impact on your application.

Db2 has the lowest limit of allowed index columns compared to the competitors.

ITC tables for pureScale

ITC are very useful to have table that have large batch deletes on it. Then space reclaim is a quite easy and fast task using REORG RECLAIM EXTENTS ONLY.
