Help text for attributes

The current setup with a Help URL is not sufficient for our customers. It is to technical and not user friendly. Also it doesn't work with Firefox, Chrome or Safari. We prefer a mouse-over text or a i / ? button that you can click with a pop-up.

Add DB[...] button to PAW rules editor widget

This button was available in Architect to make it easier for users to add DB functions to rules and not need to type in all the !dimensionname references. Adding this functionality to PAW would make the transition from Architect to PAW easier.
