Data module: add namespaces

Like in Framework Manager namespaces should be available in Data Modules, too. Namespaces are advantageous for bigger models and to be able to move them to another locaction without breaking reports.

Add drill through functionality for standalone Adobe Reader DC (Pro) in Cognos Analytics

Currently PDF drill through capabilites are only available for Internet Explorer running the Adobe Reader Plugin. The functionality is also required for the standalone Reader Applications.
