Update lsf.shared with up-to-date CPU models

The file `lsf.shared` provided with Spectrum LSF is outdated. The CPU models listed seem to be 10 years old and older and there don't seem to be any updates from IBM. I suggest that IBM regularly updates this file with up-to-date CPU models and me...

In the world of Multi-core processors, the context switches per second has become a KPI. It should be a standard performance metric like mem, r1m, etc.

When we try to oversubscribe hosts, it would be very beneficial to have ctx/second available as a base metric. It's available in all OS' these days. We could set a busy threshold for that say above 40k/second. For the longest time (maybe 31 years)...

LSF doesn't allow multiple LOAN policies on the same hosts

LSF has limitation in SLA LOAN_POLICIES configuration by having only one loan duration time available. It would be great, if SLA LOAN_POLICIES can support option to LOAN for different time to different queues. For example:LOAN_POLICIES = QUEUES[ge...

LSF should support mapping resources to host group(s)

We need to map 200 dynamic gpu resources to all 120 gpu nodes due to gpu auto config is not supported in RHEL6. In the current latest LSF 10.1.0.9, we have to add 120 host names to each of 200 resources. This makes lsf.cluster file very messy. And...
