Cancelling A User's Subscription

Refreshing License Count from Cognos Administration

In Cognos Analytics 11, the license count is defective. When user is not a member of any Administrators' group, it still counted as the administrator license.

When an archive file is deleted through Optim, the corresponding XML file should also be deleted.
