    When i try to add a user to project, that is already a user of that project, it should show an appropriate error instead of showing nothing but then not allowing that add

    once there are lots of users, it isn't always obvious is somebody is asking to be added that they aren't already a project member. The current UI doesn't give any explaination for why it won't add the new user.
