Encrypted backup information in DB_HISTORY table

Currently there is no information on backup file is encrypted or not in DB_HISTORY table. Would like to see column indicating db backup entry is of encrypted db and backup file is indeed encrypted.

Limit query for DMC Storage panel to active tables

Limit query scope for storage panel to active tables. Query on a peoplesoft DB takes 53 min whereas limiting scope to active tables (MON_GET_TABLE), it takes < 5 min. On Peoplesoft DB, we have about 65K tables when only 7K are used.
