CLUSTERED COLUMNSTORE INDEX SQLSERVER SUPPORT IN IDA

Clustered Columnstore/Rawstore Index feature is not present in IDA for the latest version. We are useing them for our data vaults, facts and dimensions were applicable but we can't used IDA for their specification.

CLONE_SERVER_HOST is the READ ONLY in db2 native encryption with KMIP

The CLONE_SERVER_HOST keysecure server defined in kmip cfg is the READ ONLY server which fails create encrypted database and SHOW MASTER KEY DETAILS commands. Also it is not 100% failover compatible.

In IDA, enhance the graphic rectangle functionality

Currently, the rectangle symbol is limited. Text can only be aligned Left-Middle-Right. Also, some other symbols fall "behind" the rectangle when it is moved to the very back of the order, specifically dependency symbols.
