JOB_CONTROLS (attached to queue) only send scripted command to 1st node in job

When you add customer job control scripts to an application profile - those job controls are only sent to the 0th process in a parallel job (run using blaunch).

If you turn on #ENABLE_LS_GUI=YIt will show license data in PAC. This is good. You should be able to integrate that data into a template as a field.
