our dashboard created in report studio and workspace contains progressive charts to visualize the bridge between budget and actual. To role out self service BI the dashboard application should contain progressive charts.

Pre-defined permissions sets in the list are not customizable in Cognos Analytics 11.1.1 (version 11 onward). Need a new one which provides Execute and Traverse only. Please see the ticket: TS001873295 for details.
