Allow Content Store database to be stored in Always On High Availability SQLServer.

Please support the Content Store DB within SQL Server Always On - High Availability. We have proved this does work using MSSQL JDBC driver 6.4, on Cognos Analytics 11R11, however it should be supported officially by IBM.

Currently, all dashboard information comes with profile exports. For capturing OOTB enhancements, pre-made dashboards from partners, and partial profile migrations. Also, being able to migrate user created wigdets individually.
