PAX exploration views create new connections

Do not have PAX create additional connections when opening an Exploration view given to you by another user.

Delete an account on the planning analytics on cloud and from the instance

To delete an account, we need to delete the account on the user administration of planning analytics on cloud using the "remove access" and after manually delete the corresponding user from the instance. The deletion is not automatic.

PAx Sheets with bad Ref errors should still be allowed to be published

We have a report that works fine in PAx. But when we tried to publish it, it will not open in PAw. No errors, it just does not load. Should create an error message or better yet allow it to work.
