    Moving only a single partition with AMT procedure for online reorg

    Since the performance of inplace reorg per partition is too slow, customer want to use AMT procedure for online reorganizaiton. However AMT can specify table level only, not partition level.

    TSA - Not scalable

    CLONE_SERVER_HOST is the READ ONLY in db2 native encryption with KMIP
