Add a userfriendly cube "LOCK" function (like in Perspectices)

In Perspectives it was possible to right click on the cube => Security, and set the cube to "Lock". Causing a CAMID entry in the Cube property cube (to protect the cube for all possible inputs including Admin). This is missing.
