PAW: Filtering a dimension (row) in a cube view by exploration point

Ability to change type of element in PAW Dimension Editor

It is not possible to change the type of an element from eg Numeric to String in the Dimension Editor in PAW. This is possible in Perspectives.

Make Exploration filters sync together

Tie exploration filters together (sync) so that a user can not filter themselves out of data. If filters are all from the same dimension, be able to sync the filters to not show invalid options based on what has already been selected.
