Text alerts notification instead of only email alerts

it would be nice if we could get text alerts sent to specific phone numbers instead of only getting email alerts

Personal folder should have 1 person icon to be consistent with TM1 standards for private objects.

From PAW the private folder has no icon and the shared folder has an icon showing 1 person. This is inconsistent with TM1 and how private objects are indicated i.e. a single person in the icon for a view, subset.
