Removing the need for local OS users for installing and using DB2

DB2 Database needs 2 local OS users, db2inst1 and db2fenc1. Can this dependency be removed?

CDC support for SQL Server 2017 graph tables

We use IBM Data Replication (CDC) to replicate data between SQL Server databases. However, we have graph tables and CDC does not support replicating data from these tables. CDC should support SQL Server 2017 graph tables.

Offset function - similar as in SPSS Modeler

A function to access the previous value. Example: Col 1 Col 2 1 33 2 44 3 55 Offset value for second record in column 2 is 33. Offset value for third record in column 2 is 44.
