Support Multi Row Insert (MRI) on z/OS

FTM supports Multi Row Insert (MRI) on Linux & Unix platforms, but not on z/OS.

macosx support for RSA Modelling tool

RSA 9.1/9.6/9.7 work fine on macos but we can't install the FTM FSM model tools on top. It would be really nice if we could get mac os support for RSA, as well as plan for App Connect Enterprise support on macos once FTM supports it.

TCR should automatically choose Debit or Credit Adjustment Type is the ADJ CODE can only be a DEBIT or CREDIT

When in TCR you must choose Debit or Credit Transaction type when Inserting an Adjustment. Some Adjustment are DEBIT only or CREDIT only so why does the USER need to select it should be pre-filled with the correct Transaction Type.
