Watson Assistant Web Chat persist state when refreshing page in browser

It would be good to maintain state of chats on on page refreshes. It is usually available with all web chat widgets. For example Zendesk presists state when page is refreshed. I assume they will be keeping visitor ID in the cookie

increase the limit of option response

Currently, the "option" response type of a dialog node supports 20 options. This limit is very low, because in many cases this type of response is used to list branches, cities, etc. It should be at least 100 options the limit.
