LSF manual run of jon should give a recommanded host vs no recommandation

In rtm when we force run pending job, the server chosen is default one, it should be recommendation from LSF sch. Also brun should have a option to suggest a server per lsf vs manually choosing one.

We have "libevent.so" for our application. LSF "libevent.so" conflict with it and we have to set library path for ours in job scripts. "libevent.so" is too common name, so please change it in LSF, like "liblsfevent.so".
