Support Spark History Server with NFSv4.1 KRB5P

Currently IBM Spectrum Conductor does not support the Spark History Server when using NFSv4.1 with KRB5P. Bank of America requires concurrent support of Spark History Server and NFSv4.1 with KRB5P.
