Ability to add Oracle hints in Framework Manager and Report Studio

Our queries dynamically generated when user is performing drill up/down actions on the dimensional report. We cannot make them Native SQL to append hints. We are looking for the ability to apply oracle hints to the generated query at run time

Cognos Data Modules need expanded capabilities to model Planning analytics cubes. Basic model can be created, but limited in scope. As a result, any self service is diminished in the COgnos Dashboard environment.
