    Date Prompts should be empty as default

    the date prompts have as default value the current date.The problem ist, that when the date prompt is an optional prompt, than the user must always clear the date prompt, otherwise the value (current date) whould be used as filter.

    Rows per page in HTML Reports - Say 1000 at global level
