There is no way to pull out a report with all reports entered in Controller for both Company and Group Companies.

Cognos Controller on Cloud to keep users Favorites on next login. (to retain data on the rich tiers)

Security on Log Reports

One is unable to apply security on the Log Reports. Although a user may be restricted and have specific have rights to certain entities, the same user can open a Data Load Log Report for all entities and therefore gain access to privileged data.
