Request Optim to support Java 11 as Java 8 is no longer supported.

Currently Optim only allows for Java 8 which is no longer allowed to be used at the client site.

When an archive file is deleted through Optim, the corresponding XML file should also be deleted.

This will prevent clients from having to manually delete files. This is being raised on behalf of case TS006385839.
