For each job, records the number of execution host CPU cores in the job's table

As we evaluate the utility of SMT2/4/8, we would like to be able to measure the performance difference of the applications at scale by recording the number of slots of the compute host for every job. This would achieved by adding a tinyint unsigne...

If 0 is given as first parameter, the bkill command ignores other options and terminates ALL jobs of the user. advise a warning if the command "bkill 0 -q gui" is used instead of the correct command "bkill -q gui 0". If tried to run, bjobs <jobid> -u <user>. The error "-u: Illegal job ID" displays. Something of this stature could be very helpful for users who do not intend to kill all their jobs.

Would it also be possible to provide documentation on what happens if the parameters are used wrong when using using "jobid 0"? Thank you.

Currently Job Priority Over Time Impacts all Queue and all Jobs - Instead optionally make it affect only Queues and Jobs that are APS Queues

The Job Priority Over Time is an excellent feature that is designed to be paired with APS dispatch rules. However, some users have setup soft dispatch or dispatch preferences in the normal queue which is not APS enabled that classify jobs by their...

Ability to reserve GPUs in LSF advanced reservations

It's currently not possible to reserve GPUs in an advanced reservation with LSF, unlike CPUs (slots) and memory. For example, we have some hosts with 120 CPU slots and 8 GPUs. I want to create a reservation that reserves half of a node. I can do t...

Add a 'bsub -Gl limit_name' option to separate Fairshare Assignment from the Limit also add a default limit pattern to use if ONE_UG_TREE does not find a matching limit

We have many cases, where we have limits for users, but we also want to want to apply a fairshare group for the job to arrive at a base allocation. Unfortunately, with ONE_UG enabled, if the Fairshare Group does not have a corresponding Limit, not...

Limit Loans to certain User Groups and/or Project tag patterns in Guarantee Pools

We want to enable more loaning of resources, but the various teams are rather territorial. They would loan to some one in either the same user group tree, and/or the same Project by regular expression. Allow Guarantee Pools to support that loan po...
