Geographical data, update of counties in Norway.

1.st January 2020 there was a reorganisation from 18 to 11 counties in Norway. See attachement for example. Maps in CA must reflect this.

Calculations to use the current name as in reports when calculations are used in dashboard

ICAM Authentication in Cognos Analytics
