Implement an option to read DB credentials from AWS Secret Manager rather than embedding a signon in Cognos Analytics.

Centralised secrets management lowers administration overhead - being able to integrate with a standard secrets repository and leverage those security factors would reduce maintenance within Cognos Analytics.

CA 11.2 all quick launch hide to be turned off/on

Currently you can hide the quick launch in the portal, when you log back in the quick launch is no longer hidden. Would like have stay hidden until I choose to unhide it.
