Improving the bridge FileSystem OpenIGC bridge to import Excel file with File Name and Folder

Only one bridge (is FileSystem in OpenIGC bridge) can import Excel file. But with this bridge, there are no File name and Folder hierarchy imported to IGC. Need improve it to more useful metadata to end users.

Flexibility to Custom Attribute in WKC

资产的自定义属性应支持添加限制条件进行筛选。如术语的自定义属性，最好允许添加到某些术语上，而非全部术语。(Custom attribute for assets is better to support restrictions and filtering. For example, custom attributes for terms should preferably allow adding to some terms rather than all terms.)
