Getting help for a field directly with a (i) near the field instead getting help for all field at a global level

Having a symbol to get help on a field is more straightforward/logical than having only one symbol at global level. In case of a lot of field descriptions, it is needed to scroll down to find the one we're looking for.

Hello if, for example, a comment is entered in PAW, the text cannot be formatted (bold, italics, etc.). It is helpful for the reader that the creator can format the comment in order to emphasize text passages.
