A new version of InfoSphere Streams compatible with OS Linux RedHat 7.8

The 4.3.0.0 version of InfoSphere Streams is not compatible with OS Linux RedHat 8 but the end of maintenance of the OS Linux RedHAT 7.8 is december 2023. So we need a compatible version of Streams
