Only one lsf service can be donfigured in /etc/init.d/

Only one lsf service can be configured in /etc/init.d/lsf. If there are two stand alone lsf clusters in one server, we can not maintenance the lsf service by 'chkconfig' or 'service' commands.

RouAdding LSF events OPTIONS to PAC LSF_LIVE_JOB table

The column OPTIONS in LSB_EVENTS is needed to check the job submittion options. This column is currently in LSB_EVENTS. we would like to add this in LSF_LIVE_JOB table, so we don't need to load the LSF_EVENTS table.
